Release status and availability

Availability and features may differ by platform and app version. Screens marked as examples use fictional game data. No particular launch date, price or recognition accuracy is promised.

Your account and shelf

Keep your sign-in details secure. Guest access uses an anonymous account with no recovery email; losing its stored sign-in can make its shelf inaccessible. A connection is required for cloud shelf access and saving. Review error messages before assuming a change has been saved. Do not use another person's account without permission.

Your recommendations and shared content

Only submit or share content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your own content and permit Jammi to process it to provide the features you choose. Do not use Jammi to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with the service or access data that is not yours.

Check a receipt before sharing it. Other people can copy or forward shared images and links. Deleting your account cannot remove copies held by recipients. Game names, social posts and third-party services remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.

Shelf links, AI and game information

Choose what to publish in a shelf link and review it before sharing. Do not publish threats, harassment, hateful or sexually exploitative material, or content that violates another person's rights. Other players can report a shelf or block its publisher. We may revoke a link that violates these terms; blocking only changes what the signed-in player sees. Anyone with the link may copy or forward it; stopping sharing prevents the link from resolving, but it cannot remove copies of information recipients already saw. Ask Jammi suggestions can be wrong. The current app build does not offer capture recognition; if that feature is enabled later, confirm any suggested game yourself. Jammi does not guarantee game identification or third-party game information accuracy.

Jammi+ subscriptions

Jammi+ offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans through the App Store on iOS. Eligible first-time subscribers may see a 14-day introductory trial. The exact localized price, eligibility, trial duration and renewal terms are shown before confirmation in the App Store purchase sheet. Jammi+ includes the Stargazer appearance and up to 20 Ask Jammi AI requests per UTC day, subject to service availability and shared service capacity. Free accounts can use up to five AI requests per UTC calendar month. Local shelf search stays free. Manage or cancel an iOS subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings. Deleting a Jammi account does not cancel a store subscription or request a refund. Android subscription terms will be shown in its store when that platform launches.

Privacy and account deletion

The privacy notice explains account, shelf, app diagnostics, website and provider data handling. You can initiate account deletion in You → Settings → Delete account under Account control and review the consequences before confirming. For account or privacy help, contact privacy@jammi.app. Launch email signup is optional and separate from an app account.

Changes and contact

These terms and the available features may change as Jammi develops. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be explained in the app or on this website. These terms do not take away rights you have under applicable consumer law.
